I saw the 9/11 programme on ITV last night. It’s eerie seeing the live footage from then now.

The bodies of people who jumped thud in the background. Crowds of people in shock, then a realisation it was a terror attack after the 2nd plane hit 18 minutes later and the plumes of toxic smoke and debris as the towers came down and rolled through the streets.

The ITV one was good, if you can say the word good.

That and the Nat Geo one on NowTV/Sky. 9/11:1 Day in America, which is a 6 part series. As morbid as it is, it's always been something that has fascinated me and I've tried to read/see as much as I can about it, I think because I do remember it happening. I have never seen some of the footage released in those two shows but they definitely add a new perspective.

Edit: This Nat geo doc is the best one I have seen on 9/11, by far.

Heard he was redoing the later part of the film that questions the official version of events.

I know the first 2 or 3 parts have aired in the states.
There was some controversy on the first edit as he included o lot of crazy conspiracy theories. I’d prefer they stayed in the final cut so we’ll see.
