How did he send it to the wrong address?
He ignored my email and the address I put on the order details and my main ebay address and used my 'home' address on ebay which was still my old house.
edit - still not actually sure how he had access to all my addresses. The ebay order details bring up the right address.

Ebay seller sent me a recorded delivery - he used the wrong address so it's being returned to sender. Can i intercept and get it redelivered to my correct address or do i have to wait for it to return to sender and start the process over again?

sent three parcels international signed for to the same person in florida at 9am on the 24th of november, and the tracking aint changed once since that day.

Have you tried entering the tracking numbers on the USPS website? Always works with my royal mail tracking numbers once it enters the USA - http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm
