That's odd, ordered a few things on Monday and they came the next by RM, surely they should be working from oldest to newest

Post doesn't seem to be effect at all round here, had three things posted to me on monday two arrived yesterday one today. Very impressed seeing as there is still about an inch of snow

I called royal mail today to see if they had any information on my parcel. they told me they don't even know if it's in the country yet, I told them that the tracking number on the posteitaliane site says that it had left italy on the 13th of december, they responded with - it's probably at heathrow and not been scanned yet as they have a massive backlog to get through and to call back next week.

Anyone know a number for getting through to Royal Mail quickly?
Waiting on a parcel that we need to receive today and the tracking has just updated to "we have left a while you were out card" despite us being in, no knock at the door, and no card
Found a number for the local delivery office but they're not answering, and the Royal Mail's main number just seems to lead to an endless number of menus and automated nonsense.

Just tracked an order i made from Yoox on Tuesday, i shipped to my rents house. It was attempted to be delivered today but no one was in so will retry tomorrow.
Really good going getting from Italy to Coventry in 40 hours, plus yesterday they sent me a free express delivery code because the shipment had been delayed slightly.
Not that helps you with the fuck up that is Royal Mail

deliverys are back to normal completley now. ive had six things turn up already this week, all ordered on monday.
3 from royal mail, 3 from couriers.
shame the secret santa postman or courier is off sick tho.

DHL are so shit, ordered on the 29th of November.
Miss the first delivery, arranged redelivery for the third time now. If it doesn't come today gunna have to mission over and get it.
