Sent a hoodie with Signed for International
the bird at the counter said it would be 5 days, 8 days later nothing..
So the guy gets on to me and asks me to get in touch, I check the Barcode reference online, it says its left the country on the UK one, but on the USPS site says its still being prepared at the origin.
So I rang the Royal mail and they could only confirm that its left the country, but i honestly think she was just using the same website that I was using.
Anyone ever had anything like this before ?
Its very frustrating, especially as Its only insured up to £100, and I sold the hoodie for £170 Sad

Think thats probably going to happen to me, my fault as I told the guy it would be about a week as the counter girl had told me 5 days..

Fuck it, i will just hold off and hope it arrives.

Cheers Famez.

Americans love to get worked up about shipping times in my experience, i sent some trainers to las vegas last month and i said they would take 5-7 working days, on the third day i get an email from the guy threatening to open a dispute - the prick even had the tracking details i had sent him, the turned up two days later and he still hasn't left feedback - prick

They are cunts since the strike though. I sent 70 things recorded delivery over Christmas and 21 of them have no tracking info. Not saying they're all missing but I paid for a signature and information. Got 6 things sent by normal post that didn't turn up as well. Proof of postage for all of them. Can't wait for my £1,000 + cheque to arrive Cool

Sent off my claim a few weeks back then last week I got a letter saying I hadn't sent proof of value for the two international items and they enclosed my claim form and proof of postages. I sent everything back, along with proof of value on February 28th by recorded delivery. So far, checking the tracking number on www.royalmail.com it hasn't been delivered

I make a claim for lost items and they lose that too. Fucking disgrace Evil

Second update. Got another letter today asking me to fill out yet another form and "use the bulk claim form in future". Patronising cunts. How the fuck am I supposed to know about the fucking bulk claim form? Fucking cunts. So three weeks since my claim I've got nowhere because I've got more forms to fill in. I want to be Michael Douglas in Falling Down Evil Evil Evil Evil Evil

Waiting for 2 "Special Delivery" deliveries today but only one arrived so far, what are the chances that the other one is not turning up? Sad

It should have been with you before 1pm, so the chances are slim

ahh royal mail have right pissed me off this last week, i bought summet off the bay a couple of weeks ago and the geezer sent it on the 11th feb first class recorded, apparantly they atempted tp deliver on the 14th but i got no card, no knock on the door nothing(people were in all day) i rang them up and said id have to wait for a redelivery rather than getting it myself, i complained i needed it for my holiday the next day biut said they couldnt do it…wahtever,

i rearranged delivery for the folloeing monday, this week, no delivery i rang again apologies from them etc, i finally got the item yesterday, i had a look at the package and the plebs in nottingham office had sent it back to liverpool by mistake, even though it was clearly labelled return address, idiots

I can beat that - I sold a pair of dunks to some yank lad. Sent 'em airsure. Emailed the lad the day I sent them telling him I had done so and sending him the tracking codes.

Next day I got an email from him complaining that they hadn't arrived yet!

To give him his dues he did leave me very good feedback

Sent something to HK and the parcel got mangled however, since Royal Mail needs proof of the value can I simply include a copy of my bank statement with the seller's transaction since he did an international bank transfer?.
