Is there a Swiss equivalent of the Royal Mail pickup depot?

If it's anything like here, they can search on the postcode.

If you don't have a card left here (uk) you can usually go to the sorting office with some i.d. and your address and they'll find it for you but don't know if it'll work the same over there..

So the item has been sent back to the UK… now what do I do since there is no senders address? Will it go to the post office I posted it at or a depot? If so how will I know which one?

Thanks Sad

I had an item sent from the states via USPS international mail, and it left Heathrow on December 5th but has not yet appeared in Royal Mail's system. Is it a goner?

how long does it usually take for a USPS first class mail to get to the UK at this time of year?

update
suprised in took only a week considering it's the cheapest option the offer. didn't get hit by custom either.
