Much to my surprise, this arrived the other day.

Anyone else having problems with DPD deliveries recently?

4 deliveries in the last couple of weeks have all been delayed last minute - get an email around 11am each time saying there's a problem, then it doesn't turn up for another 1-2 days.

Got a note in biro on a letter that there was a package in the black wheelie bin.

Had to be fucking collection day. 80 quid dress off to landfill.

Reckon it's worth complaining to RM or is it not worth pissing off the postman?

It was ASOS so I don't expect there will be an issue with redelivery.

Definitely knocking a few quid off his tip this Christmas…

my postie is sound and will always leave stuff that needs a signature etc in my recycle bin. I wouldn't want to stitch him up for one fuck up. Depends on what your one is like but I'd prefer to go back to the mega corporation than one guy that is getting shit on daily.

I sent an item to France, using Italian Post ISF alike, and it was all ok until it got to France.

Shipped on friday 1\12, got there early morning 5\12, just after the weekend, but it has since then being held in this place, ROISSY HUB BSCC PIC (93), which appears to be Paris CDG Customs.
It's 10 working days now, and both Italian and French posts can't do anything as in no longer\not yet in their hands.

What's going on in that place? Anyone had this before? It's just a pair of trainers

Anything going abroad seems to have been shite lately. I sent a parcel back to Sweden on the 7th Nov. No real update on tracking since it was sent. I’d pretty much written it off but I’ve just today had shipping confirmation from the store the package was return to of the items that were being exchanged so I assume my parcel must have eventually arrived.

Used parcel2go to ship some trainers to France, wasn't feeling going direct with Parcelforce with their rape charges (even with 40% off).

Im impressed, I dropped off on the 9th, they received 11th, no issues.

Doe anyone know if I'm covered under the credit card. Purchased a jacket from nitty gritty with a cc, sent it back , looks like it may have been nabbed on the way back. Didn't pay the RM insurance as it was almost £100 to return it. International tracked and signed seems to have lowered the max insurance down to £50, thought it was £350!

£250, but you need to pay an extra few quid on top.

Unfortunately, I don't believe Visa or Mastercard will cover the loss.

Have you tried tracking it on https://www.postnord.se/en ?

For some countries the insurance is only upto £50. I wouldn't give up yet unless it's been 2-3 months since sending
