How are Hermes still operating? Ordered some kicks and got a tee.

Got a Yodel delivery today, lets see how that goes.

Who did you buy from?

I've worked with JD previously and they said because of their growth they have a nightmare consolidating logistics, similar to Sports Direct in terms of breadth of product.

Apparently a customer from Blacks ordered a tent, and got 12 pairs of Yeezys instead. Laughing out loud

I’ve just had a £30 value eBay sale come back via Hermes and the sticker on it says the buyer’s name and then RTN - Covid 19.

I sent the tracking number to the buyer ages ago and website says tracking unavailable.

Not had any contact from buyer.

Anyone else had this?

Buyer deceased?

Very strange.

Also he was one of those uber keen buyers asking for the tracking number as soon as he he had paid which is why I find it strange not heard from him.

Could be Eek

Yodel delivered, although he was going to leave it with a neighbour when he knocked and didn't even give me a minute to reach the door.

Loads of stories coming in of this happening and empty or switched packages.

If your sending out items best to go overboard with the taping, use special delivery and take pics of you posting while at the PO

They are blaming staff shortages.

Best to download the RM app and tracking number input there as you get push notifications.

Anyone had any issues with EBay GSP opening and repackaging their item?

Sold a vintage ghetto blaster to USA and the buyer says there is no battery cover.

Cover was in my listing photos and definitely sent so I can only think parcel was inspected and battery cover was detached somehow before repackaging - checking for drugs?

I’ve told buyer to take it with EBay GSP as I am only responsible for shipping to the hub and then it is Ebay GSP responsibility.

He paid £78 shipping Eek

Just a bit worried he will hit me with a INAD case if he doesn’t get anywhere with Ebay GSP.

potential possible would been opened by customs? though i would thought if it had be there would have been a note saying so (same as when they ransack your luggage at the airport after checking it) got a feeling eBay will swerve responsibility, their gsp shipping is outrageous as a buyer

why anyone is using post office right now baffles me seeing 20 deep ques at all the post offices near me people lined up with parcels, why not just use parcel2go etc and get 6/8quid next day uk with ups/dhl etc and picked up from your house, only time its not inconvenient as you got be in all day, I even found this week express fedex to us/canada was only 25…
