From my experience in the past few weeks special delivery is still working well so its probably worth paying a few quid extra for the tracking + garentee. Shouldn't have to but its the way they are.

i've sent 4 things and received 2 things special in the past week and 1 took 2 days the other 3. Cunts, I've had to write off 5 things i've sent normal delivery recently.

Maybe if Royal Mail actually put more effort into doing what they are suppossed too rather than asking if "I am going away this year" so they can inform me they are very competitive on the old Euro front or if I want a "mobile top up"

No I want you to post my parcel with-out loosing it you stupid cunts and if I pay for next day I would actually like you to deliver it the next day!

They wonder why the company if fucked simple business sense "Get your basics in order then do other stuff" I now buy discounted packing slips off the net and use them instead… It's cheaper and faster and a nice man comes to my house smiles and collects all my parcels.

Dogs go over air mail and fed Ex packages randomly. When we used Fed Ex at work our delivery guy told us his mate got done for using it to bring in coke and got away with it for nearly a year.

I'll dig out the company I use mate when I get in from work, it basically on a company buying vast amounts of packing slips at a discount and then they sell them on at a small profit. Works a treat thou only worth using if sending items over 1kg thou. If your sending items abroad or heavy like over 3kg where royal mail shaft you then it's MUCH cheaper.
