I'm aiming for 250k this month, averaging about 10-12k per run. Though I know this won't go down well with the purists, at least half of that will be on a treadmill Shocked

Anyone recommend some cheapish wireless earphones that hook over the ear?

I got the decent Sony NC in-ears but can guarantee they would fall into a drain if I broke into gentle jog.

They don't need to, They are made for running, I use them in the gym and running and they have never fallen out. They are push button rather than touch sensitive so easy to use while running the fit is great and they have a kind of grippy rubber coating that helps keep them in place. Sound quality is excellent too, Checkout some of the reviews on YouTube

What's the fuk fav running top?

Got a Nike Miler one that's a bit shit, and a Hoka one that's fine.
Need another couple…

I’ve just been buying cheap shite karimor stuff from sports direct. Wear through it so fast anyway and feels just as good as the Nike stuff I used to buy but like 80% cheaper.

Yeah, makes sense but depressingly I think I'm too vain for Karrimor.

Was considering Airism tees, they're cheap and unbranded - anyone run in those?

Would highly recommend.

The latest iteration isn't IRL. I've got two of the exact top. I'm 5,9 and they're a bit long on me. Should be fine on most normal people unless you're 6,4.

Satisfy tee in ‘justice’ material is top notch.

Arcteryx Cormac crew are my go-to running top. If you want a long sleeve then Motus is good too.

Lululemon metal vent 2.0 are decent, though overpriced

Along with the Nike Milers, Adidas tech gradient tees are my favourite budget option. Current season colours aren't that great (I only got the acid yellow one) but you can find past seasons ones in nicer colours (grey six/black, sky tint melange, dark green melange) dirt cheap if you do some searching https://www.adidas.co.uk/tech-gradient-t-shirt/GM0634.html

Length must vary a lot between sizes. I'm 5ft 7 and the small is borderline too short on me Laughing out loud

Running when it's windy is a thundercunt. It's like my early days of running all over again when I truly hated every last second of them.

Running on the seafront into a headwind is not fun!

I have been using a Veilance tee for Running, which, much like Rapha baselayers, is a little scratchy with the wool blend. Any recommended alternatives? Trying to find Satisfy tees that don't have holes in them!
