Tried on a couple of headbands at the weekend, looked really stupid, so back to the bobble hat (I realise thats not much better and really I shouldn't care what I look like when I'm just out running, but I look daft enough already in the tights without adding an exrta element of silly)

Yep, they do look really bad. Definitely a winter x night time collab.

New Bose SIE2i sport headphones.

Need some advice. It's colder now so I am considering running tights. Could I just use my heattech long johns under my running shorts or would that look stupid ? Either that or I will just by suitable trousers to run in.

wearing shorts over running tights makes you look like an insecure hobby jogger (imo)

shorts over long thermal underwear, which is essentially what the uniqlo heattech stuff is, would probably look even worse

just get some tight running trousers if you're not comfortable wearing tights without anything over them

I wear shorts over my tights out of politeness.

Get one of these to beat cold-head syndrome. Breathable and lightweight

Same here, nobody wants to see my tackle bouncing about as I run by.
Just tights makes you look like a perv.

Using ronhill tracksters in this weather, not skin tight and warm enough. Still struggling with my running though.

form fitting boxer brief style compression shorts worn under the tights will add extra support and should help to mitigate against any unseemly jiggling

please can we all go back to talking about earphone now before someone mentions chaffing? Laughing out loud

Wrong shoes might put him off, or injure him (sounds a bit melodramatic but they can)
