Down in the provinces ( I'm in the South West) its polite to wear shorts over running tights, In London most men run with the tights only, apparently thats acceptable in the capital, fashion huh.

massive time pins and needles in my right foot in the last month

no change in shoes, mileage not really increased,

feel really flat footed and heavy legged

worth having gait analysed again?

Nike fuelbands any good?
I'm using iPhone app + sensor in free runs but can't monitor my results on the ipad

Can you link ipad and fuelband together?

Why are fuelbands so expensive?

Can anyone find me any Asics GT2160 in UK 9 please?

Worn through my last pair and can only find odd sizes like 6.5 and 15 online.

After a decent GPS watch that can be linked to a heart rate monitor, stats downloaded etc.

Was looking at Nike Sportwatch but read mixed reviews, any recommendations?
