Can anyone recommend a good sports therapist in London, please? Been having some back troubles that I need to get round to sorting out.

Joe If you feel you need a boost before a run a banana, tangerine and some Haribo will do the trick!
Even take some Haribo out with you if you feel you might need the boost, you'll burn off the sugars anyway if your running 15K+
I use MapMyRun for my tracking, no problems for a good few months and gives you a breakdown of your pace each mile which is good!
Doing the Glasgow Half in October, managed 1.27.30 last year so around that mark again this year and ill be happy!
My Baker Hughes 10K (Aberdeen) time in May was 42.31.

Cheers but my times have improved quite a bit still on no carbs so gonna try it a while longer til i hit target weight and see how it pans out. Downside is I need a days rest between runs now and I've noticed on really long runs the sweat start smelling a bit of acetone, think it's the body starting burning muscle tissue, pretty nasty so i try to keep runs under 8k, will start bringing some sugary stuff with me and eating/drinking it after 10k when doing longer runs again to avoid it..

I used to go out runs every night for about 4 months straight. Now, I cant be assed with them at all. Havent had 3 nights in a row of running in about a month. And when I do run its only 3-5 miles at most, compared to about the 8-9 miles I used to run. No motivation. The morale of this story is never stop running. Thank you.
I run 4-5 times in a working week, weekends off. Was going really well up until i got flu a couple of weeks ago which set me back but before that i was running 11k a day in 43mins on good days but with an average of about 9k in 38. My runnings really picked up since i started doing squats.
Got under 16minutes today. i got down to 16.05 yesterday on treadmill but this was road running so i don't know how accurate that time is. Either way, i'm proper chuffed. in the end i ran 7.32k in 24 minutes and hit a wall of no going on. I'm pretty sure this time will be my peak though, can't see me beating it.
