well done stoney - i am trying to do some running at the mo nothing on that scale - how do you manage to keep going i understanding pacing yourself but do your legs not buckle???????

i just gradually built up the distances, eat the right stuff before i run and make sure i have plenty of drink with me. my legs get pretty fucked by the end, boredom is one of the main problems, its a fair chunk of time, i have an ipod, but try to switch off my mind when im going.
