Don't think anyone in the FUK Garmin connect group has one.

In depth review HERE though. I fancy upgrading to one from the Forerunner 10.

How are you finding the Pagasus' EDW? On my second pair although I still prefer my old Lunar's I think - the Pegasus' just feel that extra bit bigger and heavier on the foot.

Most folks on here have the forerunner 10, does the job i would say, the 220 is coming down in price/coming up in the sales quite a lot at the moment so recon you could get one for cheap.

@Burt - Did a short test run last night and they felt a bit clumpy as i had been running in shoes a lot less cushioned up until now, got a 10k race tomorrow so will be a proper test for them, was finding aches and pains starting to appear in my legs with pounding the pavements a fair bit recently so was needing the padding.

Switched from Nike Lunar to adidas Boost about two months ago and it's a massive difference. Running in Lunars feels like running in marshmallow in comparison.

Got a Garmin FR610 with HRM if you're interested, bought it for the wife, she used it twice and said she preferred using her iphone Roll Eyes

Did a 10k race earlier, the pegasus did me good, decent bit of bounce to them. first mile came in at 6.03, finished up 8th at 42.24, not a pb but it was bloody hilly and raining!

Anyone else got any races scheduled?

Last Sunday: Potters 'Arf Marathon - 1:33:41

Today: Stone St Michael's 10K - 00:43:46

I don't run regularly anymore and don't have the physique for running either, so I was elated with the time I achieved at the half marathon last week. There was a few tough hills to go at and a great crowd. Today was a nightmare. Within 5 minutes my legs were in agony and my feet were numb so I stopped at about 3 miles to loosen my laces and sit down. That pissed me off. I hit a good pace at about 4.5 miles through to the end as the pain became bearable.

Aye, im in Aberdeen, not ran Stonehaven before but have heard from folk who have that its a hilly one so won't be one for a PB! There is also Ballater 10miler, Crathes or Dyce halfs if you are looking for other options.

Do PR most weekends. Still stuck on 21 minutes-ish. Quit smoking so hoping to see gradual improvement

Anyone had any experience with Adidas Pureboost trainers for running? Always preferred Nike, but might switch it up. Recommended? Or any other running trainers that you could recommend sub 100£

Done 16.58km last night. Not bad for a humid sticky Sunday evening.

I'm back in the gym now though so worried long distance runs are gonna eat into my gainzzz

I've been trying to do interval training to get fit for the new football season. I do a ten minute warm up then, 6x30 seconds flat out with minute recovery. What do others do for interval training?

Hate intervals, never bother.
