Yeah, stopped wearing any structured trainers at the same time as switching running style, although it's funny to see them coming back in now with Hokas, etc. Gone full circle.

Interested to get in to barefoot/natural running. Started properly distance running in July to improve my 5k time (20:30) and for the Paris marathon. Built up to 40-50 miles a week and got my 5k down to 18:30 by November and was on track for a solid marathon time. Unfortunately got stress fracture in my fibula just before Christmas. It’s healing, but slowly, and I’ll be out of running for another few months. Pretty sure it’s a combination of overtraining, and also unnatural force due to cushioned shoes (even though I was using zero drop Altra Torins) compensating for other muscle/tendon weakness.

Are there any shops or clinics in London who specialise in barefoot?

Any FUK'ers having Garmin Connect issues? App ain't synching yesterdays (15/02) data and I've undertaken all the usual bluetooth and app renewal advice and have tried uploading via Express and even a .fit file to Strava with no luck.

Edit - sorted. Corrupt file, proper ballache trynna fix it and then upload it to Connect and Strava. As an aside dont forget the FUKRun group on Strava.

^seems like that's happening more frequently with my dino of a forerunner 305.
I've been switching between hoka bondis and cliftons and my knees have never felt better.

A Colorado trail runner was attacked by a mountain lion earlier this month. Travis Kauffman managed to defend himself by killing the juvenile lion with his bare hands.

Medium comes up a little big but not too bad that I thought of returning it for a small, Razor. Tempted to pull the trigger on the jacket too.

Got the T, jacket and shorts - quality is really good..

T fits a little large, shorts fit small, jacket fits spot on.

Took a Medium in everything bar the shorts which I sent back and took a large in.

Good quality gear, reasonable price point, free shipping, decent online shopping experience from a company based in Hackney.

15% off your first order too.
