Arket running gear is line dry. I need to be able to abuse running/gym gear in a tumble dryer.

I’ve been using a gyakusou backpack for the last 2 years. It’s served me pretty well with no issues. Not huge but fits laptop , change of clothes & a small towel. They pop up occasionally on grailed and eBay (I think there are some from a US seller currently).

What's the thoughts on the Gyakusou clothing? Worth the extra p? Form over function?

Had a Deuter Race X 12l which was supremely comfortable, but got a hole in after 2 years, and was never quite big enough.

I've got the Race X12 and Speed Lite 16, used both for running commute and they were great but agree the Race is pretty limited in space. Used to leave laptop at work when I could and keep shower stuff, towel etc. there to cut down on what I really needed to carry.

Generally overrated. I’ve replaced most of my gyakusou stuff with satisfy which is expensive but materials & functionality are on a different level.

The Satisfy pricepoint is pretty ridiculous though. £500+ for a running jacket just seems insane.

I've had a couple bits in the past and wasn't that impressed. Sizing seemed a bit mad to me too could never get it right.

I’ve picked up all my stuff at sale prices. Got the 3 layer jacket for £189 rather than the £500 on their website.

This.

If you buy in sale its well worth it. Got a pair of the justice shorts and jacket and they are excellent. Hidden pockets for your phone and key clips in the shorts are a good touch.

Ah fair enough. Didn't think they had huge sales being a small brand and that. Will keep an eye out

Satisfy often pops up on yoox for cheaper than rrp. Got a backpack for £44 which retailed for nearly £200

Follow them on Instagram and they’ll give you twice yearly access to their online discount store. Or signing up to their mailing list will do the same.

District Vision running gear is pretty great. Got a couple of long sleeves and the short tights.

Not sure they do a sale (other than mentioned above) the jacket came from Harrods & the other stuff at various other places in the sales.
