Does anyone know where I can order a replacement clip for these Anker Soundbuds headphones? Half of it fell off while running and Anker have offered a small refund as a goodwill gesture but don't keep replacement parts. Cheers.

I've been training for a half ironman and just cancelled it there's as I can't swim properly yet and don't anticipate the local pool to be open anytime soon.

I like the thought of ultra distance running but fuck me I don't think I could ever be bothered with anything further than a marathon. Most of my runs for the ironman had been maxing out at 12-13 miles so far ( was 10 weeks into a 24 week plan) and even those had me so bored.

Anyone here done any ultras?

I've been registered for an Ultra (Race to the Tower) since last year but it's been rescheduled for June 2021 due to Covid19…

Rescheduled Date: 5th-6th June 2021
Route: Whiteshill to Broadway Tower
Distance: 52.4 miles
Elevation: 7,476ft

..proper gutted as I wanted to undertake it this year. I ain't getting any younger but will still give it a whirl on the revised date.

How did you find the Hokas Toby? I tried a pair on but the material seemed to pinch a little, I didn't actually run in them though .

Who did your legs?

Ordered a full size up in both the regular width and the wide pair too, kept the regular and they felt great so far. Will try on a longer run this week

A couple of good friends did most of them - Tom Arnison and Nick Mayes, then got a piece off Bert Krak and a couple of other artists that I already had on the bottoms of my legs which got worked around

Regret now that I didn’t just go for full Jap legs in the first place (had traditional bits on the bottom first) but still super happy with them
