I've got these and although I don't know much about running shoes, they are so comfy for me. I had some Zoom flys before this but the peg 2 are so much more comfortable imo.
I've got the vaporfly next too and only worn them out once, too scared to ruin them haha. The vaporfly next are by far the most comfortable, but not worth the extra cash.

Any thoughts on the Zoom Pegasus Turbo 2 ? Ryan Willms is recommending them and with 25% off Nike atm might be worth a go
https://www.instagram.com/tv/B_YAqaEgFHh/?igshid=rts69lar57lz I’ve been wearing infinity reacts as an everyday runner. They’re not a performance shoe so been looking for something a bit quicker as an ‘every day’ shoe when I want to do a more pacy run but preserve the vaporfly next % for race day etc
DW Sports have 40% off atm with GIFT40 £60ish for Peg 36s and £90ish for the Turbo 2s.
I've been training for a half ironman and just cancelled it there's as I can't swim properly yet and don't anticipate the local pool to be open anytime soon.

Today my left knee is in agony after a fairly longish run (7miles)
Apparently this is 'runners knee', anyone else suffer from this?. I haven't exactly been a massive runner before lockdown, with the exception of a few runs on the treadmill.
Im running in adidas ultraboost 2.00.
Any advice?

Anyone have any recommendations for a good (hopefully free) interval training app?
I’ve never took running to seriously, maybe doing about 1 run every two weeks, but would like to get a sub-20 min 5k.
Currently tracking about 21:20, so hoping to shave off that 80 seconds over 6 weeks.
Internet is saying ismoothrun is decent enough, any thoughts?
No watch, just using iPhone.

My main running shoes are Asics Kayano 25, they’re been great but they’re pretty heavy and I’ve really been noticing it the last 2 weeks.
Wore my old flyknit racers for a slow 8 mile run this morning and they felt amazing. Any recommendations for something really light with a slightly wider footbed and more substantial sole? Zoomflys?
