yeah i wasn't that impressed - people were going mad as usual though. Lots of Grenson and Folk shoes but they were mostly shit. Most of the Folk stuff was at least size 3 and/or shit and the Oliver Spencer rails were bollocks; also the prices weren't 'sample sale' cheap which was annoying.
Get there at 12 or don't bother going, got there at 3 past and there were already people leaving with big bagfuls.

On the 11th March 2011 Japan's most powerful earthquake struck the north-east coast triggering a massive tsunami and caused widespread destruction and suffering. To-date almost 28,000 people have been reported dead or missing, and tens of thousands are still living in evacuation centres.
Set up in the wake of this devastation, Hope and love for Japan is currently raising funds to support the Japanese Red Cross and provide those-in-need with much-needed first-aid and emergency healthcare. The creation of designer sales in both Paris and London are also giving the Japanese Red Cross the ability to distribute much-needed relief items.
As the operation moves out of the relief and into the recovery phase, the Japanese Red Cross is helping to fit out 70,000 temporary homes with an appliance package consisting of key domestic items. These items will benefit around 280,000 people in the three hardest-hit prefectures of Miyagi, Fukushima and Iwate. The completion and equipping of these prefabricated homes will see a major step towards easing the pressure on evacuation centres and allow people to return to some semblance of normal life.
Hope and Love London will take place on the 7th and 8th June at Concrete, beneath Shoreditch House, with designer womenswear, menswear, accessories, and shoes, offered at 70% off the retail price!
With your help, and the generosity of the designers who have contributed to this sale, we can support the rebuilding of North Japan. Working with the Japanese Embassy we will ensure 100% of the proceeds are donated to the Japan Red Cross.
In light of these truly devastating events, Hope and Love want to show Japan that as the media whirlwind dies down, the UK still has the optimism that the people, and the areas most affected, can rebuild their lives.
Hope and Love London would like to thank the following contributers for their beautiful donations:
