Seems all too easy. We might need a iTrader rating attached to your username. where we can leave feedback kind of eBay-esque.

If someone has zero rating you know to be wary and maybe even consider them posting first before payment.
It's become ridiculous now, starting to be a breading ground for scammers.

Seriously another personalized thread?

I was away on two end to end trips. I also had some packing issues which resulted in labels coming off parcels I explained this to the tiny percentage of people that were affected by delays. Tracking numbers were provided thereafter as I'd sold a fuckload of stuff between here ebay, HB and SS. It got confusing and took a while to sort out.

M4att, your lens is on its way, if its not there by tomorrow we'll do something about it.

Mike, theres no need to add to it. I chased those NB's for a week before going away, spent a fortune on phone-calls, you have the tracking number and you even spoke to RM and confirmed they were in transit. I even offered you a refund and said you could pay me on arrival which you declined.

DY shutup

I have also already given a 25% refund to some people who waited too long, and informed these guys that they would get the same when their stuff arrived.

If you can't post items within a reasonable time the. You shouldn't happily take people's money, simple as.

I don't understand how anybody can find it too difficult to post a parcel within a few days, let alone weeks. I've never taken longer than 48 hours to do it, even when I was going through a period of working 7am-11pm I still found time to make a quick trip to the post office. How hard can it be? Puzzled

^ If you can't leave workplace at all during working hours (like me) or if nearest post office is miles away and you can't just pop out during your lunch break to do it. I do agree that if you know you won't be able to post within a certain reasonable timeframe at least clearly state this in the sale thread so then the buyer can decide whether to still proceed and can't then complain.

Yeah i do have a tracking number, which after speaking to royal mail has the wrong postcode written on so they said will most likely be returned to sender.
And about the refund, i declined by saying if you'd send it soon, most sellers might post it that day after keeping someone waiting three weeks with pretty weak excuses not wait another week before sending it to the wrong address.

The above suggestion sounds good, but how does this Rating system work, I.e. how does it know if someone has ACTUALLY bought off of you, and isn't just trolling you with negative feedback.
