Yeah you're right, I for some reason assumed they were one of Oki-Ni's set of incredibly expensive imported jap ones

I quite like the woven leather YMC boots on End (Noble you can fuck off before you make another ethnic/tribal/Nigeria comment Laughing out loud), but think a suede pair of dessert boots would look better for Spring.

I don't think any shoes are worth more than £100.

Am I going to find a better chukka than vans, or desert boot than clarks at the same price?
Seems like a pointless search at the moment.

Love the alife chukka desert boot things but I'm getting a bit tired of the prices some streetwear brands are pushing now, especially when you can see the prices in the states vs here - it's been that way for a while though I guess.

Personally for chukka's I'd get a pair of proper leather or suede chukka boots, for desert boots you could search the traditional footwear manufacturers on ebay, loake, church etc

Cheers, only thing with chukkas is you start getting into serious 'boot boot' territory, just looking for some summery ones.
So far theyve been either ridiculous to get sent over here, too 'bootie' or too 'trainery' like the Sumner adidas did, just don't know if they'd work.

Will have a look round the 'ol English brands on ebay etc though.
