ordered the RW chukkas off mandon. eventually ordered the 8 and 9 to try for size and the knobs only sent a uk9 (these are ridiculously tight btw, don't know how people can take a full size down). also tried calling them and the number on their website and google doesn't work. first time ordering with them and this is a good start.

broadcast did they fuck up your order?

They have done you a favour son. If the nines are tight, i reckon the eights might be even tighter on you. And i dont reckon they are knobs, i reckon they thought you were cos you listened to the sizing down shite , so they sent you the bigger size knowing they would be the ones that fit. Saved you the grief of sending them back. Told you sizing down was bullshit chat as well.

Of the RWs I've got or had, chukkas run true to size. For moc toes go half size down, Beckmans go whole size down.

nah they sent what I ordered. quick delivery as well. sized down one on the Beckmans and the length is perfect but they're pretty tight even on my narrow feet. anyone know how much the leather will give? if I size up they'll be too long..

should only half size down in beckmans. Broadcast did you get the 9030? they are going to take a fair while to loosen up if you did especially if you sized down one as the lining bulks it up double. I half sized down In them and they are still tight now

I've got the RW Beckman 9030s, didn't size down by half and they're fine. They are fuckers to wear in.

Wear UK8 in 3141s, went a full size down with Beckmans 9011s and they're perfect, half size was too loose in the heel.

Felt a bit tight across the toe at first but after a few wears I've got enough room to wear thick boot socks with them.

really? don't know why you're having a go mate but if you take a look at their website it reads
'As with all redwings, these are large to size. We would reccomend you seriously consider going down a size'
so yeah, it must have been me being the knob, eh?

also, i must have missed your post on the sizing info as i can't remember reading it

no worries. well yeah sort of, i tried calling them and the number they have on their website and google doesn't ring, as if its disconnected. more so bothered by the hassle that i might have proving that they only sent one pair as the invoice they sent still had both pairs on and my card has been charged the full amount. I've sent them a mail anyways so hopefully i get a response to get it sorted in the next day or so

Cheers Joe, bought the Jodhpur version in snuff suede. They were half RL's price on Kurt Geiger though Sad

Haven't got the patience to save money. Looks like they've gone up on the US site still way cheaper than here though.
