These suede AW14 CP numbers look beyond deece in this shot but the colour looks a bit anaemic in others.

Anyone seen in the flesh?

Is there any other difference apart from the perforated R on the Raf Simons Stan Smith and the original? I believe the materials are pretty much the same, right?

What are the boots padawan? Look nice.
I got a pair of the black Canadian boot company / yuketen things off marrkt, the ones with the catspaw heal one boot as a small scratch but other than that great for the money!

Nice boots, those Viberg, but like I've said elsewhere, I just don't see the attraction in spending top dollar on yankie / Canadian shoes when or shoe industry is much better at a much cheaper price (the yanks fiend over Alfred Sergeant / Church's etc. but they're well expensive over there) -

Have a rummage through shoe healers clearance stock - I'm sure you'll find a rugged looking boot there:

The only thing they don't have over here in abundance is stuff with a vibram sole - like the Red Wing gear.

And quoddy

My main issue personally is I've had a pair of quite a few of these brands and they aren't half as long lasting as you'd expect, the sole comes unstuck, sometimes cracks etc, when you're paying that much and they suggest you send them back to america..at your own cost, for them to give you a cost to fix them, it seems a bit unfair and expensive. At £200-250 ish a pair I think i'd want a 5 year warranty to buy again.

Can anyone recommend a place to get red Dainite soles replaced in London? I’d prefer not to send them away, but most places I ask here only do them in black.

Cheers.

Anyone bought a pair of Meermins recently? Been reading some mixed reviews on Style Forum, but need a new pair of shoes for work and they look decent and are well priced too. Know a few on here have them, so how do they fare after a few months wear? Also I take a 7 in Grenson, McNairy, RW and 8 in Cons, Vans, Adidas, should I go for a 7 in Meermin?
