Tricker's are a bit on the pricey side, yes. I can't remember to be honest but I think it was like £120 or something for a resole. Annoying to deal with in my experience too, though I respect what they do.

There's only one place I'd send my Tricker's to: Shoe Healer. Speak to Richard, he's the man and the service is first rate. Good value too and usually rapid. It's a no-brainer.

Want to darken a pair of suede shoes. Is my best bet to get a semi-decent suede protector? Or dye? I figure the former is 2 birds with 1 stone type of deal.
