Jorel, I'm 8.5 nikes, sized up to 9 as kolor UBs don't come in half sizes and they're spot on.

Depends on the last and width fitting. They come in F and G width. It also depends what you mean by true to size. I'd drop .5 at least if they are G fittings and if your foot isn't wide.

You can get things added to the heel to help with grip and I expect a cobbler would have something to prevent the heel from wearing down but I don't know if there is anything that would prevent it from wearing down on a specific side?

Do church's fit TTS. They don't have uk 12 on End so wondering if I could get away with an 11?

Would a mouldable insole help? If your shoes are wearing down on one side more than another it might be because of overpronation or underpronation.
