Anyone know where to get affordable derbies with a ridge sole? Like these but without the 500€ pricetag

Best suede protector?

Need to do some Wallies.

Seem to remember doing some desert boots yonks ago and the spray made them a shade darker. Is this unavoidable?

Did you just buy the wallabees? The latest ones have a special scotchguard treatment already applied to the suede - it's in the tanning process so doesn't wear out

reasonably priced dress shoe brands with removable insoles?

have terrible over-pronation and doctor has advised proper supportive insoles in all footwear. a very expensive trip to the doctor…

have thought about that and will do if necessary but don't like how that raises your foot out the shoe, which can be uncomfortable and is terrible for support!
