It’s a vent grommet. You’ll have to measure the width and try and find the same size. I doubt you will find that colour and I’m not sure if cobbler will have the gun to attach them.

Anyone recommend any decent Wellington boots that are comfortable to walk in for 2 - 4 miles? I’m a bit fed up with the faff of donning proper walking boots and gaiters for quick muddy walks.
Regularly do 10+ miles in these (in current conditions): https://www.aigle.com/uk/en/p/parcours®-2-vario-8422_noir.html

I wear buckbootz for work, average 10k steps a day 5 days a week through deep mud and water, tend to get about a year out of them but obviously last you longer with lighter wear. Can’t fault them.. comfy out the box too. Think they do a non safety toe version
all this 'tech' gear to get a cut loaf is betting a bit much now
Anyone got a recommendation for ice gripper/anti slip spikes for boots to fit red wings decent? Those christy soles have absolute fuck all grip on ice. They are even slippy when it’s been raining on certain slabs in the city.

Have a look on Westley Richards, as they have some deals of some of that sort of gear at the moment.
