Just updated the pictures of these now in hand. Really pleased. The re-welt was definitely the way to go, compared with what they looked like before.

Soles on the old ones look fine? Should have beaten them up first.

Was not a fan of the black on black. It was a shame as the soles were brand new, but they just looked odd and was trying to get close to the Olive/Black pair.

East and West Apparel and Clutch Cafe stock Whites I think. Pancho and Lefty stock Clinch too, which is ££££.

John Lofgren is another one to look at. Very much in the style of Whites and Role Club. East and West Apparel have that too. They are the only stockist I know of in Europe.

On a separate note about Role Club, if you like watching boot repairs, look out for the brands owner, Brian The Bootmaker on YouTube. I think his soles are custom Dr Sole pieces but it's great to watch.

Boots look great - bigger midsole the better.

Can't stop looking at the Rolling Dub Trio boots on East-West but £600+ just seems madness.

I love the work Brian the Bootmaker does but don't enjoy the insipid music on his videos, Bedo's Leatherworks is incredible work and a really great presenter

There anyone in the UK doing resoles like this where they will stitch a new sidewall on and do stitch down to create a welt/new sole?

Some of these are insane, especially the Mini ripple Airforce ones.
Prices are equally insane though

Camper of all people are repurposing some of their old stock with a similar technique, to much more mixed results.

Just quite like the idea of being able to get stuff resoled that aren't just shoes. Hate having to throw stuff out before you're done with it, and I'm really bad with heel drag.

These guys are offering a resoling service for common projects, just margom soles but a great idea.

can really appreciate this^

There were some usa made runners (look like new balance) that had a welted sole and offered a resoling service. Can't remember the brand now.. I think they might have been carried at The Bureau?
Something similar to this:
