I thought their plan was to go public. Will be interesting to see where this goes.

Damn, those are blinding! Didn't realise that was possible. They seem pretty solid/sturdy then?
I've a couple pairs of Russell mocs needing resolves and wouldn't mind giving em a similar treatment.

Love the mowats used to love my pair back in 2012/2013, not entirely sure why I sold them.

Were they the folk ones? Crepe soles? Or the ancient ones with the sock liner? Hard to tell. Look great.

Need some hiking boots/trainers, ideally waterproof.
Ideally something built to last but comfort is key.
Any recs?

I have a pair of Scarpa Mistral GTX, almost 5 years of wear and they’ve never let me down. Very comfortable, easy to clean and always kept my feet bone dry in the peak/Lake District and Dales

Adidas terrex, I’ve got the hiking style boots rather than the trainer style but they are spot on if you’re doing proper walking.

Not waterproof but I have a pair of Danner Trail 2650. They do a GTX version. But they are really comfortable.
