I asked in the RnR thread but not much forthcoming (other than Benelli with a good suggestion) - I'm after some plain Navy chino / semi smart shorts for around £100 that are made in USA, JP, UK, Italy etc
Woolrich, Folk, Oliver Spencer, Beams +, Ralph Lauren, J Crew, Supreme, Brooks Brothers all coming in around £90-£100 but don't seem good value as not made in one of the above countries.
Freemans Sporting Club, Stone Island and Engineered Garments coming in at £150+ which is a bit steep, as I'm after a completely plain pair.
Found these http://www.billskhakis.com/ that are made in USA and in budget but seem very baggy.
I'm happy to get some £20 Uniqlo ones, unless there are any other names brands to look at?
Cheers Bump for the Spring…
The answer to this very banal question is Duck Head Chino shorts, just picked up a pair from John Simons, seem decent and made in USA.

GAP had these as an online exclusive colour a couple of months ago. Can't complain (other than the fact I'll need to iron them) for £18.71 but think I might've used a code: I did want a pair of royal blue ones though, they had a cracking pair in Choice - Wilson Borders & Co or something but they were fucking tight on the thigh even after sizing up

Dunno if they're your size but Kafka have a 30 left

I want some nice swim shorts. Really like the stone island shadow blue ones on peggs but price is crazy even after a code. All I've got to wear for my mates stag in Ibiza is probably the most garish RL ones in existence. I don't mind the Orlebars but don't look cut for my tree trunk thighs
I have these Outlier New Way Shorts in Dust Olive, W30 for sale. £100:

Got a pair of these, decent fit and well worth the cash. Badge comes off easily enough if needed.
