i just looked up that kiehls blue herbal range and from looking at the ingredients wouldn't recommend it to anyone. the cleanser has cinnamon and ginger extract which are two known skin irritants; the lotion has camphor and menthol which are both skin irritants (seriously, never use anything with menthol on your face); the moisturiser has cinnamon extract; the spot treatment also has cinnamon - it does have glycol acid acid which might be useful but in amongst the rest of the ingredients and it's poor ph level will probably do very little. 'natural ingredients' are not necessarily better. the obsession with putting all this shite in skin care is pretty ironic considering most of it can have adverse effects. look past the brand and find out what is actually in the product you're using and what benefits they have. for a cleanser, something simple that is fragrance free preferably sulphate free too. after that something like a bha lotion at an effective ph level and then a moisturiser that is fragrance free that is packed with antioxidants.
no homo etc

its a wonder keihls hasnt gone bankrupt not doing any research on their products and making people put known irritants on they faces.

a lot of the major skin care ranges have irritants in them. i'm sure keihls would say that the cinnamon has antimicrobial and antioxidant properties, because there is research that shows it. but they maybe wouldn't mention the research that also shows it's an irritant that can cause contact dermatitis. and why would they. you wouldn't want to buy it then.

id think the best thing to do was to make a cream that had nothing that irritates and not trick people.
thats what id do if i had a business like that.
but i suppose i know more than them.

no, i doubt you know more than them. but i wouldn't worry, there are companies that make creams that contain skin communicating ingredients that stimulates collagen and that hydrate without irritating ingredients. the idea that because a company hasn't gone 'bankrupt' means that they're producing something worthwhile is hilarious.
