Burton, DC, Nike, Solomon, Vans etc all make good boots if they're right for you. Just go and try a load on, pain in the arse but necessary. You need to make sure you buy a pair that fit your foot snugly with minimal heel lift, but I'm sure you know that already. If the Nike ones fit the bill, brilliant but buying based on how they look could be a mistake.

I've not, tried them on Few weeks ago. Like the wideness of the fit. But walking about in a shop is not boarding. Bit of a blind purchase isn't it? Thought vans were uncomfortable. They didn't have in the new Nike 1's.

never got on with salomon, dc lack availability, vans know what theyre doing and ive had several pairs of burton boots, but wouldnt be my first choice if i was buying completely from scratch…
