If you're after a size not that common, i'd try my luck with stores first. It might be still in stock somewhere, heavily discounted too

Nike drops its snowboarding (and freesking) division.

Nike SB will focus its innovation, design and marketing resources on its biggest brand driver and growth opportunity, skateboarding,” Nike spokeswoman Jenna Golden told XGames.com. “The current Holiday ’14 Nike Snowboarding collection will be the final at retail

Shame cause they have a great team, with veterans (Nico, Gigi) and young guns (Sage among all), and their boots are very very nice.

Something with MTX, fast turns on hard stuff can be a bit sketchy otherwise sometimes? Got a GNU Riders Choice last year after going through a board every season for the last few. Best thing ever, can't see it ever getting replaced now. Try something with hybrid rocker if you want a longer/all round board though.

Yeah Swede i wouldn't go full rocker…rocker are funny, forgiving boards but you lose a lot of stability at high speed and, as Toof said, can be tricky on hard packs as you have less edge\contact points…MTX can ease this problem, but you pay for it!
Zero camber\flat or hybrid boards have a bit of both worlds…easier boards with all the positive aspects of the camber ones

Yes, MTX\Magne Traction is serrated edges and helps keeping edge on tough surfaces regardless of the type of camber.
It's much more needed, almost essential, on rocker\banana boards, call them as you prefer, rather than on traditional boards.
Rocker\Banana tech is the curling up instead of down of the board, which puts pressure on the entire edge, easing riding eliminating contact points at the nose and tail. MTX helps as it creates micro contact points in the centre of the board, where you have more\most contact on rocker boards.
Basically, if you wanna go Rocker, with MTX is better and easier, but it's pricey!

yeah i thought so. maybe a full rocker isnt really needed? i do just want a better all mountain board that can do powder as well as not be too burly and huge to flick about in the park/piste. ive got a rome artifact now and its a bit too small and far too flexy/jibby for my needs, and its really awful in powder

stepchild boards look pretty decent for a hybrid sort of thing?

Best place to sell some gear? Any decent forums/fb groups or do I need to resort to eBay?
