No, we're not a police state, because we have a functioning legal system that doesn't seek to incarcerate as many people as possible, and to shoot the rest.

When someone is illegally surveiled in the UK they can take it up with several regulators. Those regulators are not afraid of the police.

Not as much as on here. Got forum members observing our every post and marking us down in their little black book. Fascist!

Still very jealous aren’t we, BURNMY?

I’m out of this place mate, spending my days in Scandinavia now.

You enjoy your curfews and enforced masks.

I don’t see anyone trashing Sweden’s approach anymore..

Same as anywhere else… cases rising due to increased testing… but where’s the excess deaths? Where are the record numbers of deaths since March/April/May? How many people have died of things OTHER than this fake virus?

Indeed, very ‘worrying’…. eh.

Edit: and no, mainly Denmark but Sweden is close enough to spend a few weeks at a time.

Testing with an outcome of 'positive' cases has not increased which is the more important factor here. Young people or those with mild symptoms won't even go for a test. They are more likely to have the virus than those going for tests (if and when you can still book one).

Where are the record numbers of deaths since March/April/May?
It's a seasonal respiratory disease that will affect people more in colder months. Deaths will go up. Look at Spain and France where deaths are already climbing before winter kicks in, having lost control of tracking cases.

How many people have died of things OTHER than this fake virus?
Lots of people but to call coronavirus a fake virus when you have graphs of Brazil, Mexico , USA etc at your disposal too is just absurd. Just have to look as USAs numbers and when you realise they took a similar approach to Sweden by having almost no lockdown period at all, you might get it.

Indeed, very ‘worrying’…. eh.
Very if we just accept it like USA/Mexico/Brazil etc.

Edit: and no, mainly Denmark but Sweden is close enough to spend a few weeks at a time.
Cool. Have a nice time.

I'll leave this here for you to look at as you're obsessed with the Swedish model.

28 EU countries and Sweden come fifth on deaths when population taken into account. Am sure they would be the worst EU country if they took size of country into account too, as Sweden has a hell of a lot more space for the 10 million citizens to social distance than the 4 EU countries that beat them on deaths.

Worrying if they are talking of having to lockdown Stockholm now, as it would prove herd immunity hasn't worked there.
