Can't ID those specific ones, but Raen Optics have a couple of similar styles (the Volta in particular).

That photo is from the 2011 Golden Globes if that helps you in your search.

He was wearing Karl Lagerfeld KL718S for the 2012 Golden Globes, which is of no use to you whatsoever Laughing out loud

I want these persol but I dont like sunglasses that you can see the wearers eyes through. Could the lenses be replaced or do persol do those lenses?

They're Persol 649s. Come new in a variety of different lenses from new I think but any optician could swop the lenses out for you if needs be.,,,

(I'd look on ebay for some vintage ones - my wife has a 1970's tortoise-shell pair with a slightly mirror finish lenses that you can't see her eyes through)
