Luxottica is huge and their distribution model is what gives them power in the market as whatever they make they can pump it out to all their retail outlets around the world. Their brand list is ridiculous.

On a slightly smaller scale Safilo, Marcolin, Marchon and Allison have a significant proportion of what's left sewn up.
