The originals were 55-15, with the lenses being 40mm deep. I could potentially go a bit bigger (no homo) but it would be more like 57 than 60. For 60 they'd have to be wraparound or the frames would be too wide for most people.

Down right now, but http://www.pretavoir.co.uk/ have the Leonard for around £128. Think they have the most comprehensive stock in the UK as I couldn't find anyone with more options when I was searching for some.
Also Nordstrom had a deal on them for £88 when I looked a few days ago. Came to about £115 shipped to the UK with duties cost included.

I think the last batch were £130 optical / £150 sun for GJs but that was 5 years ago. I'd need to price it up with a few factories but £150 should still leave enough for it to be worth my while doing.
