Exactly, they've always done whatever they felt like, I'm surprised they even do sales.

I'd love a supreme warehouse sale!

I'd stock up on loads of their pants/trousers, you can never have too many of them imo

I like the black pair but the model itself is a bit gash

I just returned stuff and the email says I have store credit. Before I received the money into my PayPal account. Don't really want £260 store credit would rather the money in my account.

I returned stuff before though and got the money back in my PayPal account. Isn't it a thing online they got to refund you the money online? I've emailed them anyway hopefully they'll send me the money.

Think I followed my form to ask for refund which was made almost instantly after receipt of returned item. Was unexpectedly hassle free for me.

i didn't fill out a return form. i assumed you just returned it with the invoice and they'd sort it at their end. hopefully they'll refund me though. rather the money at this time of year.

This item was purchased on black Friday, which was a sale day. As per our terms and conditions, we are not able to accept returns on sale items. For more information, please see our terms http://www.supremenewyork.com/shop/terms
If that doesn't suit we can send the item back.
Sincerely
Supreme

Surely that's bollocks, the DSR don't suddenly stop applying because there's a sale on?

I replied quoting some sections to the distance selling act. See what they say. Who do I contact if they just reply no? I paid through PayPal aswell.

"Customers have exactly the same rights to refunds when they buy items in a sale as when they buy them at full price."

Bit shitty that. Either run your webstore properly or don't fuckin bother.

Reminds me of bape years ago, no refunds just store credit bullshit.
