Ok J, if you wanna be like me make sure you end up tired, lonely and poor by the age of 30. Make sure nobody in real life gives a shit you exist.

Nice to see they're continuing with discrete styling and subtle branding details. Cool

It would be so easy for them to do that. Not too mention there is already tons of brands doing that (at better qualitys) now, so you'd just be buying it because it's a Supreme basic, which really has no allure anymore. I came around on the really "out there"/ gaudy pieces by them last couple years, keep it interesting and you can just pick and choose easier and have a few crazy things. The brand would stop and die, if they started doing what everyone wants now (discreet styling/subtle branding). There is no longetivity in that and the conversation would quickly stop if they turned into CarharttWIP or the likes, 90's/ Eccentric New York styling will never be corny

Plus I have a closet full of 2007-2011 for plain stuff, they've done all that and they've proved they can do it properly so it's a natural progression imo

Sorry for the essay!, seems this Branding/loudness factor is a pretty common talking point among older followers of the brand though

I completely disagree that it's natural progression to go from the subtle to the more heavily branded/ out there stuff (which they've always done but maybe to a much lesser extent), they should stick with a solid mix of both. The reason they've gone more out there (in my eyes) in terms of branding is that's what the kids want, there has also been a drop in quality- they're just cashing in.
