Can someone recommend decent swimshorts that aren't going to break the bank please?

Ralph Lauren have always been decent for me. Seem to have a style that meets everyones need regarding shape and colour also.

Had Paul Smith, Hugo Boss and Vilebrequin over the years too, all been decent.

If you can wait for their sale(usually around start of August) get some OB's in their sale, usually able to pick some up for about £50 and they come with a 5 year guarantee.

I really dislike OB. Good shout in the RL above tho. I’ve got a nice plain pair of navy swim shirts, purple label, no obvious branding. They’ve lasted for ever and I love them.

Rubinacci also do some nice pairs but they’re super expensive unless you can luck out and find a non booby trap colour in a non fat bastard size in the sale.

Why no love for OB?

I just don’t like them. Overpriced. Usually stiff, uncomfortable fabrics. Near none of their cuts suit me (although that’s a personal gripe).

Just not feeling them.

I get a new pair of OBs every year since they are so well made. Worth the cash IMO. I don’t but any shorts other than their swimmers. Allow chino shorts and cargos these days.

Usually wear OB's myself and thoroughly recommend, although agree with Swede on the Arket tip. Went into the London shop the other day and the quality on the material and fit seem'd really good for their price. Else RL or Noah.

I've been eyeing up these CK bad boys for about a month, just dropped in price.

Like the double waistband, no other swimshorts do it I think. I'd go for them

OBs are great. I've a pair of Mollusk vacation trunks as well which are nice for the money, tempted to get a pair of Patagonia Baggies.

Much appreciated MOB

If anyone sees a S of these in the clearance bin please let me know. That picture is of my lovely girlfriend riding an elephant. Would be mildly amusing to wear it about but fuck me 255 gbp, you need former PM of the UK money for that.
