Anyone ever been tattooed by Jason Corbett (mr zigzag) http://jasoncorbett.co.uk/ ? Just been pencilled in for him doing a guest spot at Red Hot and Blue in Edinburgh. It'll be my first tattoo and i'm going to get a black and grey dot work mandala design!

I wasn't going to show my back off until it's finished but Val as put a pic up on her blog, it's a bit further on than that, actualy got the sea and most of the shading done, but you get the idea

Your back is no more painfull the following days than anywhere else, it's just very invonvenient, your clothes stick to it, your bedding sticks to it, it's hard to reach to wash properly and apply savlon etc.

When you're having you back tattooed, however, it's fucking painfull.

Haven't been tattooed by him but red hot and blue is where I go and he's always been friendly and had clients in. Work looks good aswell.

Yeah it's not bad, worst bit for me is turning over in bed, fine laying on it it's just when you stretch turning over. Not had issues with it sticking to my cloths etc.
But I've healed it dry, no cream on it at all, just washed it twice a day with dr broners magic soap and the mrs's help! and it's healed better than any of my others doubt ill use moisturisers again.

And yeah it hurts getting it done, a few strong pain killers help you relax though

Hopefully. Didn't like getting tattooed there last year though so probably won't get anything done.

Everyone at Frith Street said the same about moisturiser, you just dont need it.
Gonna book my next tattoo for July, reckon sparrows on each inner wrist is too feminine? Probably going to get it done anyway, would just like to hear the general consensus!

Seen as everyone’s getting inked up, how effective are tattoo removal procedures these days? Can they get it all out?

Rarely. It's most often used to thin existing tattoos out to be covered up.
