Don’t do it Dreep.

Mainly because so many nobheads are doing it now.
You’ll be instantly thrown in with that lot and all sense of individuality or identity will be lost.

Valid points, I still do have a lot of space that I need to get filled (no homo). Most my body is covered but I do have a fully free arm, and legs, but fuck legs though.

Suppose there's no hArm in waiting a few months till I've done that then consider it more. I am actually looking for a artist to buy a flash sheet off of things I want to fill my right arm with (film stuff, black as possible).

toin wrote: As a person who doesn't have tattoos and isn't planning to get any I'm curious to why you'd get the face tattoo.
Is it the aesthetic? A person you admire that has one? Part of your image? etc.. etc.. ?

Purely aesthetic, as are all my tattoo's, really dislike the thought they have to mean something.

Btw what are the other options for what it will say?

Then I was one step ahead of the curve.

Mostly just stupid shit like "I am not the voice in my head" amongst various writings of depression and anxiety with a lil sprinkle of optimism placed in them.
I'll post more when I've got them drew out to the proper size they'd be.

Never seen anyone except a few older punks and a girl I was friends with when I was younger have a face tattoo, hopefully it doesn't migrate up here.

Tbh this probably stems from he fact I've recently met a German girl who I'm absolutely fascinated with who has face tattoos, she has the entire goth look of what I'm into in a girl and the bitch is encouraging me to get one.

Anyway, I'll post more when I've got stuff finished and fuk can decide, like I said I'm impulsive and I don't care.

Ps, superted, since you've stopped ads and need revenue I'd be willing to get fuk.co.uk on my middle finger and I'd promise to show it to as many people as possible on my travels, pm me for negotiations.

I have a lot of hair that will easily cover it, it's never usually short, strong family hairline. Was hoping the writing would be small enough a cap could cover it up also, be about 5mm height in total.

That doesnt make you un-employable, could just be a rut in your life, 30 is still young, you may decide you want to work in the future, who knows you may have kids and your priorities may change.

IMO you are just condemning yourself to be judged as a wrongun and be physically un-employable in any customer facing work.

Have you been in a coffee shop, barbours, cloths shop or tattoo studio lately?
To say a face tattoo will make you unemployable is a ridiculous and outdated, Very Eaton schoolboy!
Your not going to get a suite and tie city job too easily, but if you're considering face tattoo I don't think that's a direction you're considering Laughing out loud I doubt all these kids running around with thousands upon thousands of pounds worth of tattoos don't have a job.

For me if you are going to do it it should be a real collector piece, pride of place rose from Chris Garver or something. Not some crappy words that mean fuck all its very attention seaky Post Malone crap, sorry.

Have you thought about back of your head or something instead? Looks good under a fade and alot easier to cover up?

Yeah do see quite a few folks with face tattoos now.

Couple of older people down this way that have full face tattoos and that is a bit mental….one guy has a jigsaw puzzle/visvim snakeskin effect all over his boat.

This is the number one reason not to get one. Don't do it!

I doubt I'd be doing a customer facing job my degrees are in architecture and applied networking.

Dunno how you define a "collecter tattoo" as surely individuals like different things, for me those Chris Graver type tattoos while nice n clearly skilled to do, just look pretty tacky to me. It's what all the spice boys around here have, tigers n fucking lockwatches. Also can't really do back of my head as I mostly have shoulder length hair, would be pointless.

Out of all the thousands of jobs available you have named a barista which is questionable because a large chain would most likely not employ someone with text and images on their face so possibly a small funky independent coffee shop, a barbers, a clothes shop, again a large chain very unlikely, so a small independent clothing shop and a tattoo studio.

Hardly keeping your options open there?

I don't have control of public opinion, but fact is if you have a face tattoo you are very likely to be judged as a wrongun. Not saying I agree with it and its not my views but that is the general perception.

Face tattoos are not widely accepted and are not the norm at present.

We have no idea what kids with thousands of pounds worth of tattoos are doing, they may be made for life, self employed or in a career where face tattoos are accepted.

Shop said they wouldn't do it till I have a bit more than what I've got, maybe 6/7 more including maybe something on the neck, as they generally very tend not to do them.

And one of the parential units said they'd stop financially supporting me if I did it, so gonna use that hexagram paper or whatever it is they do before putting needle to skin and pretend I've got it done to see if they will actually follow through Laughing out loud

Tbf the economy keeps collapsing everytime I finish a degree causing job losses making me unable to put said degree to work, and I'm a drug addict.
I don't NEED their support to live but it sure makes it comfortable and easier.

If you have any desire to put a degree to use ask yourself why you're considering a face tattoo, except of course impressing some odd german girl Laughing out loud

Not judging getting support from your parents, sometimes people fall on hard times.

However I do feel it's quite a privilige to get support from someone. Value that and get a facetat when your finances are more in order. In this case it looks to me like your spending money that you don't have on a facetattoo that could make you less able to be financially stable in the future. Maybe there is more to the story but it comes across as being spoiled and ungrateful.

It's more so about the fact they disagree with having a face tattoo because they, like many other on here, see it as a jobkiller, the money for the tattoo itself isn't an issue. Really the only support is housing, in a house that's in my name, one of them handles the majoriy of the bills, like a 70/30 split.
They'd happily allow me to get as much tattoos elsewhere, just not the face purely for the reasons so many have pointed out.

I bet if I was a girl this wouldn't be such a big issue, it does seem to be a male orientated job killer.

I didn’t realise you were so moneyed dreep. Just from your posts I got the impression you came from a real tough area of Scotland…possibly Perth.

Though the Rolex was a strange birthday gift but makes sense now.

Oh and don’t do it. Not now anyway.
