Janina is good, someone on here told me about it about 3 years ago and I've been using it since.

those crest strips killed my teeth, made them so sensitive. i couldnt handle doing them every day let alone twice a day.

oh, and usa queer eye is quality (before the new crew came in). - no homo-

i watched about 8 episodes in a row last week, then watched extreme makeover for about 3 hours.. i felt pretty gay after that.

Apparently the ones you get on ebay aint half bad… Basically bleaches your teeth don't it? and yes sensitive teeth is the result… but nothing like a bit of Sensodyne can't sort out

That's the one, I buy it from Boots for nearly twice that though, need to wise up.

I have stupid teeth and have no enamel (not my fault, its genetics, my sister has it too) so i am always worried that using these things might just wear my teeth away.

i've never had it done but i've heard it's a real bitch. i smoke, drink red wine and coffee - all the things you're not supposed to do - so i've tried whitening toothpastes but never really found anything of merit. best thing for me is just a regular dental appointment and the ol' scale and polish and it only costs me £15 a pop.
