I used Crest Whitening Strips and they are really good. Still only on sale in North America as far as I know.
They made my teeth really white but they do feel a bit sensitive after you first remove them, but I haven't had problems after that. I know of a friend who also did them and he had to stop because he found them quite painful.
Only downside is that as white as it made my teeth, drinking coffee and such as made them loose the real bright whiteness that they had. You have to be so careful about what you eat and drink if you really want them to stay bright white.

if you have sensitive teeth, then its gonna hurt the next day.. i couldnt handle it. i lasted 2 days. i ended up getting it done at the dentist. pricy and it lasts longer.

i used to use 35% gel, it works to a point. people did used to comment i had blingin teef. They were never white enough for me though. I over used it and fukt my teeth though, i got nutted a while ago and my tooth cracked so easily.

Well i just did it for 10 minutes, but i used the whole lot? i dont know whether it was for one session or not, but i thin kloads was wasted, it seems to have worked though
But i need another as i can tell it would be great after 2 and it recoomecds on the web sites 2 sessions.

to be honest theis bleech stiff seems to work, and its only about 4.99 from ebay inc postage for 10 sessions !? - if you dont use it all at once like i did.
