yep.. definitely.

i havent had tea or coffee since new years day, and probably smoked about 20 ciggies since, so maintaining them isnt really a problem.
to be honest my teeth were lightly stained due to smoking and tea, so it wasnt that noticeable, just wanted a natural whiteness returned.

Just get a home whitening kit, so much better value for money. The only reason a dentist will tell you that getting them done by them is better is because:

(A) It means they can charge you for it.

(B) One tiny downside to most home kits is that it only whitens the teeth visible when you smile, not all of your teeth. So if you really want every tooth in your mouth white, get a dentist to do it.

Mine are not quite as white as they were when I first whitened them now, but I still have a kit so I can do them again.

I used Crest Whitening Strips, which you can now get from the website I posted about two comments back.

Or else get your brother to get you some in Canada, they are a lot cheaper, you can buy them in any pharmacy.
