started playing 11-a-side again last week so been playing football twice a week and continuing with the basketball once a week. Knee is fuckin shot to pieces - aching constantly. For the first time I've realised I am too old for this shit. Is it cod liver oil you take to keep your joints on point?

Cheers lads will get on the pills. I'm long & lean and it's the right knee in particular that's bad so reckon it must be an old injury flaring up.
