No doubt at all that there's something about McClaren that brings an element of doubt; his demeanour on the touchline and his aloofness/awkwardness in interview along with his history are all particularly uninspiring. Can't argue with the way he's turned it around though, the football that we're playing now is completely different to that under Holloway and it's obviously taken the squad time to respond to the new demands.

Undoubtedly things have improved, look so much more solid. That was real backs to the wall stuff last night. My only concern is that it’s false economy. The season was supposed to be about Smyth, Manning, B-S, etc but loanee’s that we have no chance of keeping are in therir place and I don’t see how they can be dropped. Eze always looks like he is slow to react to me. Can be infuriating

Can't compare Championship to Premier League, we've found that out the hard way, had 11 different back 4's so far this season, with a-lot of injuries in defence as well so has been totally unsettled, plus most of them have never played together before as majority of our deadline day signings were defenders (Mensah, Chambers, Bryan) plus had the injured Ream and Mawson

Offensively we are sound but defense is far from settled yet, we've started slow last 3 years under Jokanvic but ended up doing very good towards the middle of the season onwards, this time last year we were 17th in the Championship, look how that ended up…

Bielsa’s press conference today was unbelievable, the blokes a footballing genius.
Just need to see how the FL try to screw us over with as a punishment now.

Stan Collymore on Twitter offering to fight Leeds fans is the funniest thing I’ve read in a while too.

My favourite quote: "I can’t speak English, but I can speak about the 24 teams of the Championship." Laughing out loud

Oh and I totally don't get what he's meant to have done wrong. We've often seen Prem managers sat in the stands watching their next opponents. Nobody moaned when Sir Alex did it. If anything what we've learnt this week is to be a great manager you need to work even harder inbetween fixtures to succeed.
