I was always hoping we'd sign Gayle, linked with him before he went Newcastle last season, but to end up with Mitro now is a massive upgrade on Gayle, Sheffield United manager said in his post match interview last night that he is too good for the Championship, we've picked up a gem, luckily Slav is a fellow Serbian so i think that swayed it when he signed, 5 goals in 4 now

Just not good enough to take the club forward and I think the players know he is a bit of a bellend too.
Don’t think Bircham is up to it either. It’s nice to have people who have the club at heart but I’d rather have capable staff who know what they are doing. I doubt we will get that though.

Mitro banging them in for Fulham, wish Rafa would give him a chance as Joselu is hopeless and Gayle is a Championship striker

Gayle is good. Better than any striker we have right now. Murray was good too and never knew why Pardew got rid of them both without replacements. We are still suffering from the mess he left us in.

On the various Newcastle forums / facebook pages etc. there is hell on about Mitro, about a 50/50 split of people who think he should have been given a chance by Rafa and those who think we're better off without. Every game he scores for Fulham people are posting and other mags are calling them cunts, proper turning on eachother!
No Toon player has divided opinion as much as Mitrovic since Ben Arfa (who was fucking brilliant by the way)
