Missed tax payment, possible administration, Chief Exec suspended, hefty wage bill - the usual suspects.

German football is on a different level to ours in terms of attendance and atmosphere.
Went to an end of season game between Eintracht Frankfurt and Dortmund a couple of years ago and the atmosphere was amazing. Approx 10000 BVB fans creating a right old racket and the Frankfurt ultra’s were amazing too. Not a hint of trouble, barbecuing outside the ground with very mixed groups.
No surprise that they turn up yesterday and by all accounts bring the best away atmosphere at HQ for years.

Feeling reasonably positive for the season, glad all the FFP is done with, we got what we deserved. Think we will be hard to beat home and away (for a change) but do need to get another centre back in and a striker. big season for Eze. Will be gutted if we lose either Freeman or Mass.

Ubercool

Really wanted to go yesterday but found out about it only night before after bumping into some Union fans in London. From the photo I take it they had their own section.

Our friendly against them at their ground was a memorable day out. Fans swapping shirts after the game.

German football support is a whole different level for fans compared to ours. Got to three games in Deutschland last season. Need to get to more this season.

Go to Union quite regularly. Have to agree even for a small club it’s pretty impressive. €15 a ticket and drinking in the stand is tidy too
