I rate the Koze mix the one time I heard it out sounded pretty good to me. Sat in my office counting the minutes down to this on Friday. Cannot wait.

Apropos of nothing regarding Lil Louis, when he played at Motion in Nov he left me all a little Puzzled Didn't particulalrly enjoy his set.

I hear you. It's the whitest techno imaginable, totally devoid of all funk.

Think the point was more that none of it is techno, which it isn't.

Not much out there these days that isn't on some kind of tech-house spectrum outside of Ostgut etc. even Drumcode has taken a housier slant.

And too slow\slowed down to be defined Techno imo

Cov, that's a solid line up!

I'm off to Levon Vincent + Gerd Jansson this friday, if i'm not on the Alps. Win win situation for me.

I have got the worst picture of myself and Gerd Janson in the back of Canal Mills. We should go back to the days of no cameras in nightclubs. He's a nice guy though.

It's far more techno leaning than house (and I hate the term tech-house). Whatever you want to call it, it's fucking pish.

I hear you, just can see why a techno purist would think it was too housey to be techno, I mean we're talking about people who lose their minds when Robert Hood puts a soul sample on a record.

How was Berlin on NYE?

Drumcode Halloween obviously, Sven Vath at Bestival was great, guy really knows how to structure a full set, Dense and Pika every time
